Chef Ajay Sahoo is a renowned Indian chef who has spent the last 14 years travelling across India and giving Indian food a new shape and form. He has worked as a chef at The Taj, IHG, St. Regis & The Leela Ambience Gurgaon hotels. He has also popularised traditional Odia cuisine, by exploring the rich history and traditions behind Odia cooking. He pursued his studies from IHM Bhubaneswar.
